In a bowl, mix the powdered oats, roasted semolina mix and curd. Add salt to taste. Mix well, add water if required. The consistency would be same as that of idli batter.
Add baking soda or Eno salt and mix well.
Grease the idli moulds with little oil and pour the idli batter into each mould with a ladle.
Steam for a few minutes and serve warm with Sambhar or chutney.
Note: You can add finely chopped vegetable of your choice. Baking soda is added to get fluffy idlis.
